what are the dynamics are using rockwool and seeds

take seed, a wet cube and put it in dark humid place. hmm then when it sprouts move the cube into the hydro system?

wet cube, does it need the hydro nutrients then? i was thinking of putting a seed into a wet cube and spraying water into the air every now and then to have some good humidity for the seed. should i also add nutrients then too.

Very weak solution can be use after the seed sprouts but wait until you see a root pop out the cube before you put in in the garden.
