Newbie Metal Halide Setup

Hi all,

I am setting up a metal halide light in my working room to ward off seasonal affective depression. I ordered this ballast (I hope linking is OK!):

400w Dimmable Thunder Digital Ballast Air Cooled Quantum Lumatek Grow Light | eBay

But I am not sure what to do next. Should I order a metal halide lamp bulb? I am looking to get a ceramic MH light, so that will be the last thing I order. I am wondering whether this bulb will be OK with this ballast:

Reef Fanatic Metal Halide Mogul Socket | eBay

It comes with two wires, but I'm not sure if those will go in this ballast. As you can probably tell, I am pretty clueless!
