Beautiful plants..... No fruit??? Why?

HELP!!!! What am I doing wrong...I have amazing plants (strawberries in my aero garden and tomatos in my homemade system) and no flowers, no berries and no tomatos???? Any ideas? Over feeding maybe? I keep thinking my PH or PPMs are off? Any ideas the plants look awesome.............But I want some fruit!

Though there are many possibility's I would guess it's probably related to either the nutrient solution or lighting. Without any information to go on it's imposable to narrow it down.
