difference using Grorox and lava rocks?

Hi, Is there a big difference using Grorox and using lava rocks? If so what are the benefits of each, versus the disadvantages? Thank you!

Yes Grorox are better because they were designed just for growing plants and lava rocks were designed by a volcano.
