Ron, I came across a large bag (50 lbs.) of HYDROFORM 30-0-0 CHIP CONTROLLED RELEASE NITRO. CAN THIS BE USED IN MY HYDRO GARDEN OF BUSH

Maybe. That will take care of the N but you still need some P (phosphorus) and some K (potassium). And don't forget the micro nutrients.
