I found a good product to seal the 1/2 " PVC pipe inside the cups. A 2 part Epoxy Mix that sticks to everything.
After I mix the two parts I put it in the corner off a baggie with a small hole and squeeze the mix around the PVC pipe in the bottom of the 2 liter bottles.
I use a chop saw to cut all my pipe to prevent finger loss.
