How big do you expect the pepper plants will get? I'm assuming their not bonzi plants. From the looks of it you have 6 plants started that are spaced no more than a couple inches apart. Also that container looks like it couldn't hold more than about 3-4 gallons of water, that's less than 1 gallon per plant. Even determinate varieties of pepper plants can easily grow 4+ feet tall, as well as wide. And drink 1 to 3 gallons of water daily.
