Sounds like it's quite possible, although:
1. How close are the
lights?
2. What is the air temp at the tops of the plants?
3. What is the temp at the roots?
4. Are you using any
nutrients on the seedlings?
5. How big are the seedlings?
6. Are the roots too wet?
7. What is the pH?
