LEDs will almost always draw less power than their name implys. This is because they arrive at the name by counting the number of diodes and multiplying by their individual wattage. For example a 90W UFO has 90 1W diodes. The thing is if you drive a 1W diode to actually use 1W of electricity it loses efficiency vs driving it to use .5 or .75W. Basically, with LEDs it's more efficient to have more diodes and push them less hard than to push all the diodes to their max. My 345W Penetrator from Hydro Grow led only uses 270W but has 345 1W diodes. It all comes down to the fact that we should really rate lights by the amount of Photo-synthetically Active Radiation (PAR) they emit and not wattage or lumens.
