Default tips for seed germination

dear ron,
any tips for seed germination. i am new with gardening. any advice will be greatly appreciated.

You can place your seeds in a wet paper towel folded twice. I use a very week mix of Olivia's Cloning solution or you can use Ortho's B1 Plant Starter.
In a few days they will begin to germinate. Have a bedding tray ready with vermiculite.
When the root gets about one inch long carfully place one sprout per hole, with the root pointing down. Place the top of the sprout about even with the vermiculite.
Continue doing this as more seeds sprout until one tray is full.
If a spout doesn't make it, pull it up and place another in it's place.
