Can you elaborate some?

What type of plants are they?
what type of nutrients are you using?
What type of water are you using?
What is the day/night air temps?
What is the nutrient solution temp.
How old are the plants?
How often do you check the pH level?
How often do you change the nutrient solution?
How many gallons of nutrient solution do you have feeding the plants (size of the reservoir).
What do the roots look like? (any pics of the roots?)

etc. etc. etc..

The plants look like cucumber, squash or sth from that family, they are all similar.

Yellowing between veins beginning on younger leaves usually mean Zn or Mn deficiency. Mg and Fe deficiency also looks like this but they begin on older leaves. Plant tissue analysis is needed to determine which element is deficient.
