Default Iron and availability.

Hi all.

my first post

I'm honestly not a hydro-buff, I'm into aquariums.. specifically Planted Aquaria..

Now I've been involved in alot of discussions on Iron and availability and thought I'd drop in here and hear what you guys think..

The discussion has been on Iron sulfate vs. Iron chelate and it's availability to aquatic plants.

Now to my knowledge ironsulfate isn't really any good adding to a planted aquarium, or to a hydro-setup.
It's not chelated and thus not really readily available to plants, since it quickly precipitates with phosphor, oxygen and similar.

What types of Iron do you use for hydroponics?
