Default germinating plants in rockwool

Is there a reliable and proven method for germinating plants in rockwool? I built my first H-garden
using rockwool and a fish pump. I planted my seed about a week ago. Is there something that I need
to do to ensure the germination process will go smoothly.
Finding guidance from the yolkals around here is difficult to come by. You can email me at

Cheers Thomas

I like to germinate seeds in a wet napkin and then transplant the healthiest of them to the cubes
