Default using the 4 by 4 rockwool cubes

i was wondering about using the 4 by 4 rockwool cubes in the system you have posted. and what changes in the times of watering would you recommend? im new too it all im going too make a two station set up first too experiments. i have been growing peppers in soil for awhile and i do good but im curios on the indoor aspect of it for the winter time growing. ponics would be less of a mess . i have been reading on this for about 2 years .i need any help i can get on the subject. i love your site it is a force behind my "bug".

Water less with rockwool than with rocks because it holds water longer. Maybe every hour.
