Default Slits in Tomato Leaves

Ok, I have a problem where slits are appearing in the leaves. It cannot be bugs as I do not see a single bug on the plants, I've even sprayed them anyway to be sure. It cannot be the wind, we had heavy wind yesterday but it started way before that.

The slits appear on new growth too after they get bigger. I've searched all over on Google and cannot find anything helpful. All I'm finding is slits in the actual tomato on Google, which my plants are not producing yet. They do have big blossoms though!

That looks like caterpillars eating the leaves. They are hard to see when they blend in with the color of the leaves. Look at pic below and it looks the same.

Well, whatever it is it seems to have stopped. I've added silica to the water.
