Cotton Plants were toast

OOPS!! I built my 11 plant system and my green thumbed lover was extatic!! He was jumping up and down with excitement wanting to grow something. So I poured 10 gallons of water into the resevour and put 10 TABLESPOONS of Miracle Grow for tomatoes and ZAP within a couple of hours my Cotton Plants were toast. Burnt Toast. Guess I should have use 1 teaspoon. PAUL.
