All i have is the setup which the plants are in. The stand is a PVC one built by myself and i can vary the height based on the plant height.
Do you recommend i move then and if yes at what stage?

How big do you expect the pepper plants will get? I'm assuming their not bonzi plants. From the looks of it you have 6 plants started that are spaced no more than a couple inches apart. Also that container looks like it couldn't hold more than about 3-4 gallons of water, that's less than 1 gallon per plant. Even determinate varieties of pepper plants can easily grow 4+ feet tall, as well as wide. And drink 1 to 3 gallons of water daily. Given the right conditions those pepper plants will outgrow what you have them in, in weeks. As for when to transplant them, before they outgrow what their in.

Hello all, back from a 3 week vacation.left the setup on timer for lights and pump. Due to weather the water drained out quick. Except for 1 all other plants withered away. Guess it was survival of the fittest. Haven't changed the setup. Have yet to measure the water parameters. Summer kicks in and guess I need to keep the room more cooler.
