Ron, where's the best place for a cd-3 genorator. Room 10x10 11plant system. Anywhere, or as close to the plants as possible

I assume you are talking about a co2 generator. Since carbon dioxide is heavier than air right above the plants will do the most good. But beware you can give your plants to much co2 and do more harm than good.
