Default epoxy/silicone that will actually work

Can anyone suggest an epoxy/silicone that will actually work when the rubber hose moves during feeding time. I'm having a hard time maintaining a seal between the nutrient bucket and the feed hose....

Please help!!

If you use bulkhead fittings you wont need silicone because they use rubber washers.
