Default Help identifying unwanted guests

So this (what I think is mold) appeared on the surface of my substrate at just around the time of germination. I used a dome to germinate the seeds directly on the grow medium. This is in a kratky-esque type of system. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

What are you using for the substrate and why does it look so wet?

I'm using mostly shredded pine bark. It looks wet because it was moist in order to germinate the seeds.
