Is 15 minutes on every 1 1/2 hr enough.

I am building a drip system using Dutch Pots and Perlite for tomatoes and need a suggested starting point. Is 15 minutes on every 1 1/2 hr enough. I will recycle fluids. Do I run the system at night? Using .5gph drippers.

I would water more often than that if you are using growrocks in those pots.
