Default Low light problem

so i'm fairy new to the hydroponic system and oddly enough got one basically handed to me. My company installed a 10 tower vertical hydroponic NFT system to grow herbs for sale and use within the store and we are now running into a slight issue with lighting. The system is indoors / windows facing the East / skylights w/ reflective panels on roof. The plants facing the window are going great. The other side not so well. We have florescent bulbs but no grow lights and probably not enough anyways.

any suggestions on type of light. Room is 8x20 grow area is 4 x 16

all advice welcome.. thanks

On the contrary I would have to recommend at least a couple, preferable more like 4 1kw HPS lamps for the other side of the room. Thats an awfully large room to attempt to light with either CFL's or LED arrays. Peace
