Default hydroponics in hot desert climate

does arizona's hot desert climate lend itself to hydro systems?

Yes desert countries like Israel and Saudi Arabia rely heavily on hydroponics to grow food. We just
haven't done so in this country because we haven't had to but we will because of erosion and
chemical run off. A retrievable water system like hydroponics is the only way to grow in the future.
