problems getting my tomato plants to produce.

I am having problems getting my tomato plants to produce. I can get them to grow, but they do not flower

I tried for the first time this season a product called Tomato Bloom Spray 2 an Aid to: Increasing Tomato Set and in the production of larder crops. Made by Green Light. I bought it at Lowe's. I think it worked. I would give it a try.
