Smile Hydro in AZ

Hello. I am currently a senior software test engineer and intend to move to Arizona from New Jersey and "branch" out into a new career in plant production for food and medicinal herbs with a focus on controlled environment agriculture in the form of greenhouse hydroponics. What I'm most interested in right now is if anyone could assist me in identifying operations in the Phoenix area (I'm aware of a lot of activity in Tuscon but not looking to move there just yet). I'm hoping to be affiliated with a large scale production facility as a Junior Grower specializing in hydroponics, both contributing what independent experience I currently have while learning so much more through direct experience. I did consider also continuing education at the University of Arizona but I found them to be very much on the engineering and research sides of the industry where as right now I'm looking to be a grower. So if anyone has any advice or knows of outfits out there that are doing what I'm looking to do I welcome any suggestions.

Thanks!
