Default anyone having problems with GH MaxiBloom?

was having a blast with the hydroponics till I got some bad nutrients

the last 2 bags of GH MaxiBloom were defective and I am still waiting for an answer from my supplier

the mix comes out brown in color and it killed the three tomato plants I used it on [normally pink color]

the tomato plants were roama's ,they had 20 tomatoes and over 40 blooms per plant and were very well developed plants

the other plants are Amish paste and are doing very well[didn't use the bad nutrient on them]

all in deep water set up

any thoughts on this problem will be appreciated

Doc.

wow, no I haven't heard that one before. I guess it is very possible to happen. I hope my maxibloom I haven't opened yet is good :P..

I call them directly with any questions... Have you tried to call yet? I am very interested in hearing what their end of the story is.

This might lead me into some home chemestry to try to get thing where I want them and not have to worry about foctory mistakes.

Yes, please keep us informed. Were you using just the Maxibloom or mixing it with the grow too like someone suggested on a different page?

wonder if it has reached it expiration date? or maybe stored improperly causing damage to the mix.

Here we have a local company who does water sampling, I would call a local company that does that and see if they have the gear and knowledge to sample something like this? I do believe if the fertilizer gets to hot it will breakdown and maybe even change the chemical compounds inside of the formula. I would not hold my breath on the company returning to much useful info due to liability reasons. just my thoughts.

Sterilize system buy new nutrients and start over...rock and roll.. like Judith priest song head are gonna roll..new plants, new tomatoes and people will stare in amazement.
