Default Lettuce Floats

So it is a very simple way to grow lettuce but I have not made any small scale tests yet..

Has anyone grown lettuce in floats? I don't think you need aeration.

Where can you find large shallow rectangular tubs or ponds?

If your on the shore then check with a local ag farmer about old 275g chemical containers, then cut it in half and you have 2 excellent containers for around 25$. You should add fine bubbler's and I also used a ceiling light grid to suspend the plants just off the waters surface. I used the same set up to propagate strawberry's. Sort of like aeroponics
