Anything you can use to store food in, food grade plastics or the like.

Sunlight works best, of course. 16 hours during vegitative, 12 hours during flowering/fruit production.

HPS (High Pressure Sodium) during Flowering.
You can use Florecence lighting, but it does not penitrate you plant canopy as well.

Flowering works best using HPS because of it's Orange/yellow/red spectrum which simulates the later growing season. You can find more info on lighting etc in the online lessons here on the site.
