Hey,
I am looking in to starting up a hydroponic 'garden.'
However my main concern is this: Are vegies and fruit grown through hydroponics going to have the same nutrient content as soil grown plants?? As far as nutrition and health are concerned.. Have any tests been done in this area that anyone is aware of? And is it true that they use some chemicals and stuff in the nutrients and all they put through the water, will those chemicals be absorbed into the plant?
Much appreciated if anyone could help me out with that one.
Thanks:-)
