HydroRon's New Gardens

aeroponic1.jpg (15671 bytes)

Here is my first attempt at building an aeroponics garden. It has a 14 gallon container with 10
three inch net cups for cuttings.

aeroponic2.jpg (17893 bytes)
The garden is powered by a 227 GPH pump to make sure all the cups get plenty of water.
A modified fountain head attaches securely to the pump and sits in the center or the container.
aeroponic3.jpg (19699 bytes)
You can see before putting the cuttings and rocks in the cups if they are getting plenty of water.
aeroponic4.jpg (18724 bytes)
It only took nine days for these tomato cuttings to start showing roots. And believe it or not I
 used only straight tap water.

One plant ebb and flow gallon garden.  Even with only one plant you have to  have an overflow pipe to control high high the water rises. 5plant-drip.jpg (4418 bytes)  5 Plant Vertical Drip Garden.
The drip from the top systems as in this 5 plant tree garden you don't have to worry about an overflow pipe.
