The Fatherland was a World War I era weekly periodical published by poet, writer, and noted propagandist George Viereck advocating \"Fair Play for Germany and Austria-Hungary.\" It was very much opposed to Great Britain and backed independence for Ireland.These 3 original issues were published April 14th and 21st and May 19th,1915. Each has 16 pages of articles, graphics and advertising and are in very good condition having no tears, writing or smudges.Unusual memorabilia for the historian and WW I collector.
