STRUCTURAL FRAMING ONLY...40x100x16 Simpson Steel Building Co.. All steel red iron framing. Patented steel truss system. Designed around 20 PSF snow load, and 80 MPH wind load. All necessary structural members to frame the entire building (roof and walls) and framing material for 2 overhead doors and a walk door. Framed openings can be located in either the 40\' gable ends or in the 100\'\' sidewalls. We include 2 overhead door framed openings. The building is a 3:12 roof pitch and can accommodate up to a 14\' tall door. The frames are 20\' apart (3 20\' bays). Comes complete with all connection plates, bolts, fasteners , clips required for successful completion of the framing of the building. We will include complete drawings for the structure complete with sheeting plan.You can then install your own roofing and siding. We recommend 26 ga. steel panels. Clearance inside the building is 14\'-2\" under the 4 trusses (anything you can drive in the building, you can drive under the trusses). In between the trusses you are open to the roof which is 21\' tall at the peak. Perfect for a car lift, or storage above an office or restroom area. Building is tall enough that you can also do a lean to off the side and still have good headroom for outside storage. (20\' lean to coming off the roof at the same pitch would still give you 11\' at the eave of the lean to. We can deliver this free of charge to most of the US. Contact us with the state and county and we will verify 2 things....the design loadings, and the freight situation. If we determine that you require a heavier design load, we can increase the design rating on this structure by simply beefing up the frames and/or purlins and/or adding bracing. In most cases, none of these would be very expensive additions. We can furnish stamped drawings to any state for an additional $450.
