I believe this was a rare Serta 7 counting sheep issued. Especially with the pose able legs slowing it to stand. MADE IN 2002 NEW WITH TAGS, I took it out of original bag to photograph . Blue Tag Says \"Out of Work, Thanks to Serta\"BEVERLY HILLS TEDDY BEAR COMPANY legs are pose-able.Front leg with Serta logo. Look at the pictures for size and condition.
