  • If however you are not completely satisfied with any item you have purchased from us, please contact our dedicated support team via for more information.
  • Items that are returned after 30 days can only receive a replacement unit or store credit.
  • All items must be returned in the correct packaging.
  • If items are not returned in original packaging, a 25% handling fee and postage charge will be incurred.
  • All returns must include customer & order details to ensure a smooth returns process.
  • Broken bulbs need not be returned. We simply require photos of said broken bulb upon which we will issue a replacement. Once replacement as has arrived, please send us an image of both bulbs together so we know the replacement bulb has arrived without any defects.
  • Before opening an returns case, please contact our customer service team so we can fast track your enquiry.
  • In the case of broken products or missing parts of products, we require a photo as evidence within 7 days of purchase. Without photographic evidence, we cannot process your claim.
  • Customers must provide a day when someone will be home for collection of return.
