Antique Kelsey Excelsior hand printing press 3\" x 5\" A great piece that still seems to function.The U.S. patent date is in late 1800s I cannot make out the exact date. also has patent #s for England,France and Germany. There is a repair on the 6\" round part and a crack on the square plate holder. See pics. for condition.
