These postcards are postally UN-used.
These are divided-back postcards. The printing on the back of the card which serves to divide the card in half ... reads .... ART CREATION IN CURTEICHCOLOR ( reg. U.S.A. PAT. OFF.)
These postcards were published in a 2-postcard-per-page format, one card on top of the other.
Two of the four sides of each postcard have a perforated edge indicating the original perforation marks between the two cards and the left side of the book that they were originally bound in.
Each postcard has the New York Central Railroad System logo printed on the back.
NOTE: The size of the white borders and the size of the postcards that I am selling may vary slightly because they were originally bought by me from different sellers at different times over a period of 30 years.These postcards carry their original printing dating code in the postage stamp box in the upper right corner of the reverse side of each card. Out of the 100+ older postcard publishers, only two major postcard publishers, Curt Teich and Detroit Publishing Company, used numbering schemes that can be helpful in dating a card.
I have placed a sheet of dark paper behind the postcard so that you can see the condition of the postcard, including the corners, and the white borders.
There may be some minor \"yellowing\" / sun-fading of the white border and / or the reverse side of each card which is not described as it is typical of any white paper items that are this has the choice of shipping byFirst Class Mail, Priority Mail by weight and distance or Parcel Post.
