Santa stands almost 8inches

Ralph? Well he is a tiny guy, almost 2”

Then there are toyson Santa’s bag, all hand made.6 of them.

One can untie the bagandADD more toys.

The sleigh is wickerand old, the right side of the sleigh has tiny broken wicker pieces

but it only adds to itscharm.

Santa is dressed inflannel, lovely beige and navy blue pants

He has wooden bootsand a real fur beard.

I found thismarvelous Scottish plaid for his blanket which can be rolled up

and put in the frontof the sleigh.

Santa has a place forRalph on that blanket but Ralph prefers to ride in front

to see where they are headed.

A tree is tucked inback of Santa’s seat.

Have not done asleigh in ages; I have had requests and finally found a sleigh & changed ita bit.

They are darling on ashelf with trees and snow to decorate around it.

The Sleigh is 11”from the front to the back of the bag of toys.

Santa can free stand,or sit in his sleigh, One can roll the sleigh blanket up or put it over hislegs.
