Up for sale I am offering a Rare OOAK and BEAUTIFUL Very Cool CUSTOM Virginia Turner Girl that was apparently a demonstration doll, done from an India Doll face mold and body. My Mother purchased her from a Doll Shop in the Southeast that told her Virgina Turner came to their shop and did a presentation on how to change out eyes so she did brown eyes and custom painted brows on this prior green eyed India Doll. So this is heresay, (I can make no guarantees as I do not know the doll shop name and cannot verify this) but she could be very rare. She has a wig tag for her long black wig that I think was marked \"Indian.\" I have dressed her in real toddler/children\'s clothing into a hip young lady! Please note her jeans are about 2T and are too big so I pinned them in back. If you purchase the toddler jeans in 24 month or 2T that have elastic adjusting waistbands, most of those fit great. She is about 31 to 32 inches tall and is made of Fabric and vinyl. She is bendable with some kind of wire that makes it so you can bend and pose her somewhat. I am including a nice doll stand for her. I am also including 2 purses and a leopard hat (one purse and hat are not pictured but I can provide a pic if requested). She does not have a COA/Certificate of Authenticity. She is one of my very favorite face molds from Virginia Turner. These are very high quality dolls made in the United States, and this doll retailed for about $500. There is one listed right now on for $599. All dolls are as is, and may not be perfect, but I describe as best I can as a doll collector. From an adult collection in a non-smoking home. I make no guarantee that items are mint. I can only say that as a pretty picky collector myself, I would rate all my items about a 9 to 10, according to my own collector standards. There are no stains or detectable odors or obvious fading but vinyl dolls all develop little marks and scuffs from handling.
