Hello, my name is Jody Slater and I am the sole artist at Heavenly Butterflies Nursery. I have been reborning since November 2011 and love every minute of it.

I am a true perfectionist when it comes to my art and each and every baby must be just that before I put them up for adoption. I use only the highest quality materials from beginning to end and never cut corners. I back up my work 100% so you can feel rest assured that when you adopt one of my babies you are getting only the highest quality and nothing less!

I strive to create only the most realistic reborns. I use many images of real babies for skin tone references right down to the tiniest capillary or vein. Each baby is painted with GHSP and sealed to last! This little sweetie is no exception. I am proud to present to you....

Baby\'s Body

This baby has a light flesh toned doe suede body with 3/4 arms and 3/4 legs. She has been weighed with fine glass beads (never sand) and given a soft cuddly feel with premium polyfil. She feels just like a real baby in your arms! Baby\'s head must be supported just as you would a real baby.

Baby\'s Hair

This little sweetheart was delicately microrooted using a very fine 46g crown needle. She has amazing adult mohair from Susan Nagel in a dark brown color. Her hair is so soft and easy to maintain!

Baby\'s Skin

This baby unpainted was sculpted to the utmost realism and each detail was paid close attention to in the reborning process. Each crease and wrinkle was painted delicately and blended well. Depth was given to the deepest of creases for ultimate realism. She has the perfect subtle mottled complexion of a 3 month old. This was achieved using GHSP in multiple thin layers. Her skin tone is even, blushed in just the perfect places and given depth throughout. This baby has to be seen to be believed! Even a camera can\'t capture every tiny detail this little one has.

I will accept layaway if baby\'s price exceeds $500 however you MUST CONTACT ME prior to using this option! If you fail to contact me BEFORE offerding or winning the sale the baby will either have to be paid in full or relisted!

USA Shipping

I ship via USPS priority with tracking within 48 hours of cleared payment. I ship Mondays-Fridays only. Insurance will be included on your package.

Shipping Internationally

I will ship internationally via USPS Priority Mail International which includes insurance. Please be aware of all fees and taxes as these are the responsibility of the buyer.

I do accept returns however I will NOT accept returns for buyers remorse. I will only accept returns if your doll is grossly misinterpreted within this sale however I have posted many large and up close photos as I know my dolls are the utmost quality. I will only accept returns within 3 days of reception and the doll must come back to me in the same condition with which I sent he/she to you! The baby must also be shipped with tracking and insurance, paid by you. I require a 24 hour notice of any problem you have with a doll.
