It kind of looks like peppermint candy to me. The samefabric is used for the bloomers also. The dress closes in the back with two snaps, and the bodice is double layered snowman fabric to keep Tiny Betsy warm while baking. The top is adorned with a green bow to gently frame Betsy\'s cute face. The matching bloomers are just the right size to fit Tiny Betsy\'s tushy and play in.
