If it is, please go to the USPS site to filethe insurance claim or take it to your post office with the original packaging and label. It is not our responsibility to deal with filing the claim at the USPS website or taking the item to your post office because we did not cause the damage. The USPS did. In addition, the item will have to be returned at your expense(shipping, new packaging to ship the old item and original packaging which is required to file the claim no matter who does it) and the claim will be paid quicker as a result. Please return the same courtesy to us that we have provided to you by purchasing the insurance at our expense in the first place.
We are not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods.
Payment is expected within three days of the sale ending. Any itemswith clearedpayment received after this time, orif this timeis on a weekend or holidaywill ship by end of next qualifying business day or when USPS is in service again.
