this part has been checked/tested before and after removal and confirmed to be in 100% good working condition, donor was running and driving, there were absolutelyno issues withthe part;

transmission must be installed by mini/bmw dealer oran ASE certified mechanic - this is a requirement for any/all warranty to be valid- a signed paid receipt and a statement from mechanic doing the installation (with pictures of my markedtransmission)on company\'s letterhead will be required upon requesting any warranty replacements ;

buyer is responsible to ship the part back to the seller ;

part must be returned in same condition and fully assembled (i must receive back all parts that have been included in sale, matching original pictures in listing) ;

absolutely no return will be accepted if any alteration/modification were made to the part or if there is any sign of tampering with the part ;
