WARRANTY, REFUND AND RETURN POLICY:
On some items, ME Autoparts offers a 14 day no hassle return or exchange policy. The 14 day period starts when you take possession of the part. Please check the sale details to see if this item is covered under our WARRANTY, REFUND AND RETURN POLICY. Items which are not covered under our WARRANTY, REFUND AND RETURN POLICY are sold AS IS and are NOT refundable.
On items covered by our Warranty policy, there is a 20% restocking charge on all returned or refused items. Original shipping/handling charges and return shipping charges are NOT refundable. If an order was shipped with free shipping, our shipping and handling cost will be deducted. Altered, abused or improperly installed/maintained items will void the warranty and are not returnable. Warranty does not cover shipping, labor or any other incidental fees.
To return an item, you MUST contact us via communication within the 14 days of delivery to obtain an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. We cannot accept any returns without an RMA number. All returns must be properly packaged and must be sent using a shipping method which provides a tracking number. Buyer is responsible for lost items if a tracking number is not provided to us.
SHIPPING INFO:
Quoted shipping charges are to the contiguous 48 U.S. states only. AK, HI and PR may incur additional shipping costs. Worldwide shipping costs vary. Please inquire before ordering. Expedited shipping is available with most orders. If expedited shipping is not listed in the sale, please contact us for a quotation. We process and ship orders Monday – Friday, except major holidays.
Buyer is responsible for providing a valid ship-to address. If an item is returned to us due to an address error, all shipping and handling fees associated with the order in addition to our 20% restocking charge will be deducted from the refund. Please make sure your shipping address is correct prior to purchasing and paying.
