• Safe packing. I am a collector as well and condition is important to me same as anyone else. I do not skimp on packing materials, I use foam peanuts when applicable, bubble wrap, and/or brown paper to fill most voids. I also use hot glue on most of my shipping boxes to insure box rigidity and lessen the chance of opening due to poor quality tapes that has flooded the market. I do not pass these expenses on to the buyer! I have no handling fees, don\'t believe in them.
• I don\'t sell junk! I do my best to accurately describe all items I list for sale. I\'m not interested in having any buyer problems and have always felt it is quite pointless not to accurately describe or provide quality pictures of the items I\'m selling. Everything is inspected prior to packing to insure there will be no buyer surprises.
• If you have an issue with your order: PLEASE contact me prior to posting emotional fueled response. Can\'t help you if don\'t know there is an issue. I always post response once received. Your response lets me know you received your item(s) in good order. I work hard to maintain a good record.
• All my items are new in box unless otherwise specified. I list a lot of vintage items ranging from 20-40 years old. With any old item you can expect some form of wear from age, yellowing of plastic bubble packs, corner bends and creases, etc. It really is quite surprising that a 40 year old item survives at all in its original packaging.
  
• I mostly use flat rate shipping rates that I believe are quite competitive. In fact, the majority of the time the actual shipping is higher than my flat rate, the cost of doing business. Shipping rate for the lower 48 only. AK, HI, US Prot. must contact me for quote prior to purchase.
• All my listings have up to a 3 business day handling time excluding weekends and holidays naturally. Rest assured your item will ship within that time frame.
  
• The USPS provides up to $50 insurance at no charge, UPS up to $100 no charge. I highly recommend that if your parcel is damaged in shipment and is within the range, file a claim immediately! Don\'t let them get away with poor handling. Any item over $250 I will insure at no extra cost to the buyer. Just a simple courtesy.

• Shipping rate is for the lower 48 only. All US addresses outside the lower 48 must contact me prior to purchase for shipping quote.

• I offer combined shipping on similar sized items. Each of my listings under shipping & payments will have an amount given if the item qualifies for combined shipping. Large items like 1/18 vehicles or 1/32 aircraft etc. do not qualify for combined shipping as they get packed in their own shipping boxes.
