This is a Motorola Digital Cable Converter. Someone gave me two of these a while back. The box(s) powered on but is not tested. Power cord is included.  OnDemand remote is included. 

I also have Verizon and Comcast universal remotes. If you would like to purchase both boxes, just send me a email. Also to let me know which cable carriers remote you want. I will get that out to you free of charge.
