This is a10 Yard Hard Maple Warping Board with 18 pre-installed maple dowels manufactured by Fiber Artist Supply Company. It belonged to a friend who never actually used it, so it\'s in excellent condition. I\'m not a weaver, so I can\'t tell you much more, although I do have information on it from the originalmanufacturer: \"We call this our 10 yard warping board, but it\'s actually capable of holding warps of many lengths, up to a full 11 full yards. The distance from peg-to-peg when warping the length of this board is 36\", allowing users to create warps of many different lengths. This board was crafted from premium hard maple, sanded until smooth. This board measures 38\"x 20\" in total length. The 5-1/2\"x 3/4\" maple dowels friction fit into the holes, and are re-enforced with a wood screw to ensure they never come loose or inadvertently fall out.Lap joints fasten the board together with steel bolts andwing nuts. Our recessed hole design allows users to lay the boardflat without marring the surface.\"
