TWO DIFFERENT DRUM SIZES AVAILABLE (both have a capacity of 20 lb.):Drum dimensions are either: 34\" in length by 9.5\" in diameter with 10\" diameter 16 gauge type 304 Stainless Steel end cap plates. Drum cage is made from heavy duty 18 gauge perforated (1/8\" diameter or 3/16\" diameter perforations your choice) type 304 Stainless Steel sheet and has 4 interior 18 gauge type 304 Stainless steel fins that run the entire 34\" in drum length and rise 2 inch each into drum interior. Hinged flap on one end of drum allows easy entry/removal of product. Thisdrum now uses my unique Universal Rod Fit design that I invented: Drum has a 9/16\" diameter hole drilled in the center of each end cap, along with a specially designed universal fit rod clamping mechanism adjacent to the drilled center hole on each cap. This allows this drum to fit ALL straight rotisserie rods up to 9/16\" diameter. Drum is professionally made by a metal craftsman well versed in the art of coffee roaster drum construction. Please note that due to hand made nature of product, product is made per order. Operating manual provided with drum shows you how to roast raw coffee beans, raw peanuts, cacao beans, or raw chiles. Please look at all pictures of drum shown at the top of this page. Note that the drum now just has a center hole drilled and has my universal fit rod clamping mechanism on it. The additional holes drilled in the end caps shown in the pictures are not used anymore. It is a real nice premium roaster drum that easily roasts up to 5 lbs. coffee beans, peanuts and other nuts, cacao beans, and all sorts of chiles. It is 100% Made In The U.S.A.
