these are brand new never fired bulbs I also have acess to phillips and osram sylvania bulbs as well as agrosun from 400w to 1000w for much less some as little as $35.00 since I am new ebay has been costing me more money in listing fees than I have made so if you are interested in any of these other bulbs let me know and I will create a listing. I am a new reseller with some of my wholesale pricing coming from suppliers in the usa and some better pricing from distributors in china your delivery time will depend on where the supplier is shipping from. My markups are so low at this point they are barely covering the ebay and paypal fees charged to sales, I am diong this to build my business.
