Returns

• Unused items in its original packaging might be eligible for refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving. Buyer will pay for the return shipping fees.
• Lamp is extremely fragile product, so please pack the item well before ship it back to us, damaged item is not eligible for refund, credit or exchange.
• Shipping & Handling charges are not refundable.
• To obtain repair or replacement, please contact us for a RMA number. Please provide eBay item number and your user ID.

Warranty

• All of our products are 100% brand new. Hobbylighting warrants its products against defects due to workmanship or materials but not abuse, improper maintenance, disassembly of parts.
• We provide 3 months warranty on lamps and 1 year warranty on ballasts.
