  1. Open the pre-heat button, and let the machine pre-heat for about 10 minutes and then put the seeds.
  2. Keep the pre-heat button open during pressing.
  3.Hot press needs to fry the seeds in pan to dry them. Cold press don\'t need to fry.
  This machine could not change temperature because temperature has little influence on pressing.
